Smythe Property Advisors, LLC is a real estate investment management and brokerage concern. Its primary objective is to acquire select industrial, office, and multifamily properties in Ohio. The company seeks value-added investment opportunities that will benefit from the company’s extensive market knowledge, financial expertise, property management skills, and brokerage services.

company seeks to provide the highest quality property and asset management
services to select owners of commercial and multi-family real estate
in Northeastern Ohio. Our overriding goal is
superior service to our both our property owners and our tenants. Our
commitment to excellence in the daily management of property will ensure

Property Advisors, LLC will be exceptional.
Smythe Property
Advisors, LLC was formed in 2005 by Christopher E. Smythe, President. It
is the successor operation to the investment and property management
operation Mr. Smythe started at Chartwell Group, LLC, a Cleveland area
commercial real estate brokerage firm. As a principal at Chartwell
for over 10 years, Mr. Smythe had direct oversight and responsibility
for all of Chartwell’s owned and third party management contracts.
He grew it from 3 assets under management in 1994 to over 11 properties
in 2004.
Smythe Property Advisors, LLC currently provides property management
and leasing services to six (6) investment partnerships and serves as
a managing member to five (5) other investment partnerships four of which
are Chartwell related. The properties comprise nearly 1.4 million S.F.
of space and over $60,000,000 of value.
